Our old inventory system was slow and more complicated to use. This allowed more opportunity for mistakes when inventories were entered. PalMate operates a lot faster and is more user friendly. This helps our people to be more efficient and accurate. The support we receive from the PalMate staff is great! This is a big benefit compared to other programs.

Prior to Palmate our ERP system consisted of a contact database, and a clipboard. All orders were processed manually, and finding information, or creating reports was a major project. Now all steps of an order are processed through Palmate including order taking, manufacturing, dispatching, invoicing, and reporting.

We are constantly trying to enable our team to do their job in the most efficient way possible. Before PalMate was introduced to the market, our data collection and production control processes were very fragmented and time consuming. PalMate has allowed us to consolidate our order entry, production processes, inventory control and invoicing into one program. We can get real time information from multiple locations, allowing everyone to be more efficient with their time.

The folks at AMS have really done a nice job developing this program over the years. They continually look to take best practices in our industry and incorporate those into the program. I don’t see any reason why we won’t continue to develop our partnership with AMS for many years to come.
